Ariocarpus retusus subsp. trigonus LRM300

These plants are very abundant just outside Jaumave, where many grow precariously on the tops of low cliffs.  The tubercle shape is perhaps intermediate between those of plants in Palmillas and the long tubercled plants found further east in the valley.
