Ariocarpus scaphirostris LRM64

Rayones, NL.  Some of these plants grow to about 8cm across and there are some double-headed plants.  The major threats appear to be goats and local children who use these shale hills as sleigh runs using plywood sleighs on the steep, snowless slopes.  Despite this a group of plants we have monitored for three years is so far untouched.
