Ariocarpus kotschoubeyanus LRM168 From Tula, TAMPS these plants were baptised as variety albiflora by Backeburg as a Roseocatus. This splitting and varietal naming is nonsensical as demonstrated in this population, where bicolored, pink and white flowered plants grow side by side. The plants grow on flat gypsum mud silt plains below the agavoides hills but the long-term prognosis is not considered good, as this land is ripe for development. |
